- Registration: moped registration plate issued per fact sheet; mopeds described as not requiring inspection.
- Insurance / financial responsibility: owners provide insurance/financial responsibility info on registration per fact sheet language.
- Helmet: fact sheet states no helmet or eye protection required for moped drivers (motor-driven cycle/motorcycle rules differ).
